Add something to make it stick out from all the other million dress ups, the name feature was cool.
1.) Music Option, to change music
2.) Maybe some stuff you can make your character sy, like a soundboard?
3.) Way Change that backround sceenery, all you have there is gray, you could make it like outside or something.

Very nicely done, all the animation was awesome, and the story line was fantastic. You also included a lot of clocks. Makes me wonder how his parents died.
No one knows. I thought about doing a quick flash back of them leaving him, or getting run over by a car or something, but it would make the whole movie too depressing, instead of being enjoyably sad.
